I met Dil in Bali, Indonesia. He was living there with his Mom for some time, so he had learned lots of Indonesian words and phrases like Thank you (“Makasih”) and Good! (“bagus”) and he even taught me how to count to ten in Indonesian!
While I was there, Dil, his mom and I went to visit a volcano! I took this picture of him at the foot of the volcano.

He was so much fun, wore lots of cool costumes, and got along with all of the local kids.
His favorite food is chicken and rice. Bagus!
And his favorite book? The Wizard of Oz!
